A quick introduction before we get into it.

Marc Teo, warm and direct to camera
Speaker Notes
Welcome the room warmly and thank them for showing up, this matters more in a paid room. Bridge with one line, something like: before we get into the framework, let me share quickly who I am and why this matters to you. Keep this beat fast, it is a bridge into the receipts slide, not the main event.
Who Is Marc Teo?
1,200+ students taught
150+ clients coached
$1M+ in cash collected
$7M+ in client results
2,200+ coaching calls delivered
Former #1 Tony Robbins Affiliate in Asia, 2019

I'm a work-from-home dad who helps folks build and launch six-figure lifestyle businesses while being present for their family.

Marc Teo, full body
Speaker Notes
Say your name if the room does not already know it, then move through the numbers quickly, they are receipts, not a resume you need to explain line by line. Land the self-intro line so the room understands who is talking to them before you teach anything. Keep the tone matter of fact, not a flex.
My Story, My Why
My mum once woke up from cancer surgery and asked, "Where is daddy?"

He was away building businesses that mostly failed.

I promised myself I would never build something that cost me being there.

Marc Teo speaking, reflective moment
Speaker Notes
Tell the wound short and do not over-explain it, the room fills in the rest. Then carry the arc verbally: in March 2024 you hit a $50K month and cried anyway because the business had drifted from that promise, you had even prepared your resume, and instead of pushing harder you rebuilt around alignment, deliberately at lower monthly revenue than that $50K month, by design and not by failure. Two years later you crossed $1M in cash collected, home for your wife and Baby K every day; keep the tone quiet and honest when the number lands, the point is the pivot, not the figure. This is the moment the room decides whether to trust you, so do not perform it.
My Mission

I help entrepreneurs launch and scale their lifestyle business so they can be present with family.

What I actually deliver isn't hope, it's trust. Trust in yourself, trust in the direction, and trust in the pace you're choosing.

Marc Teo teaching on stage
Speaker Notes
State the mission line plainly and let it land without over-explaining it. Name trust directly as the thing you deliver, not hope, because this room is not hopeless, they are foggy and they already believe growth is possible. Keep this short, it plants the emotional promise the rest of the session pays off.
How I'm Different

I go heavy on personalisation. Every plan I build is shaped around your business, not a template everyone gets.

I will not do things for people. I coach, I advise, and I build the frameworks. I do not execute on your behalf, because the goal is you owning this.

And I live the lifestyle I teach. Present for my family while running a real business, not just posting about one.

Marc Teo with Baby K
Speaker Notes
This is the line that separates you from people who do the work for their clients, say it plainly and let the weight sit. I will not do things for people, then explain what you do instead: coach, advise, build frameworks. Point back at your own life briefly, this is not theory, you live what you teach.
Who We've Learned From

In 2019, I was the #1 Tony Robbins Affiliate in Asia, for one year.

That year taught me marketing at a level most people never see. I've been building on it ever since.

Marc Teo with Tony Robbins, 2019
Speaker Notes
Keep it to one year only, never say several years, that detail matters to how the credibility lands. Frame it as evidence you understand marketing deeply, not as a brag, then move quickly into the current work rather than dwelling on 2019.
Social Proof Strip

Speaker Notes
Let the numbers sit for a beat instead of rushing past them. If time allows, read one line from one of the two testimonial cards on screen out loud before moving on.
Who This Is For / Who This Is Not For
This is for you if:
  • You already have some traction and want it to compound.
  • You're willing to show up, publish, and put in real work.
  • You want growth that includes your family, not instead of it.
This is not for you if:
  • You're looking for overnight results or passive income.
  • You want someone else to do the work for you.
  • You're not ready to look honestly at what's going on in your business.
Speaker Notes
Read both columns honestly and without apology, this is a filter, not a pitch. If someone in the room reads the right column and recognizes themselves, give them permission to check out mentally, that honesty is what builds trust with everyone else still listening.

At the end, I'll share what working with me one to one looks like.

No obligation either way, this session stands on its own.

Speaker Notes
Say this in one breath, warm and matter of fact, then move straight into the teaching content without lingering. Do not oversell it here, the only job of this slide is to remove the surprise later so the close doesn't feel like a bait and switch.

What's your biggest takeaway from today? Drop it in the chat.

Speaker Notes
Read three or four answers out loud with real gratitude, don't just skim past them. This warms the room before the pitch beat, so don't rush it, let it breathe for a minute or two.
Dream Outcome
Waking up to a business that's working, not one you have to force.
No more Sunday night dread about the week ahead.
A calendar with the right conversations in it, not just a full one.
More time at home, more presence with the people who matter.
Marc Teo on stage with audience
Speaker Notes
Slow down here, this is the emotional payoff of the whole session. Paint it plainly and let the room see themselves in it, no need to add hype, the picture does the work. This sets up the gap question next.
The 10/10 Gap Question

On a scale of 1 to 10, how useful was today? Drop it in the chat.

Now here's the real one. What would stop you from making this a 10 out of 10 in your business over the next 90 days?

Speaker Notes
Let the ratings come in first and acknowledge a few of them quickly. Then ask the second question slowly and give people real time to type honest answers, not just react. Whatever objections show up here become the threads you weave into the next two slides, so actually read them.
The Bridge

This is not a sales call. It's a diagnostic, a Private Business Clarity Consult mapped to your business specifically.

What gets mapped on the call:
  • Where you actually are right now, and where the real gap is.
  • The one or two moves worth focusing on next.
  • An honest read on whether working together is the right next step.

If it's not the right time, that's a clean signal too. No follow-up pressure either way.

Speaker Notes
Say the reframe clearly and mean it, this is not a sales call, it is a diagnostic. Walk through what actually gets mapped without oversell, keep it to the three bullets. Land the permission line warmly, people relax the moment they know there's a real exit and no pressure.
The Invitation
This is for you if:
  • You already have some traction and want it to compound.
  • You're willing to show up, publish, and do the work.
  • You want growth that includes your family, not instead of it.
This is not for you if:
  • You're looking for overnight results.
  • You want someone to do the work for you.
  • You're not ready to look honestly at your business yet.

Either way, you walk away from the call with clarity on your next move, whether or not we ever work together.

Speaker Notes
Read both columns the same honest way you did earlier in the session, this should feel familiar, not new. Land the last line with real warmth, the value of the call stands on its own regardless of outcome. This is a permission moment, not a close.

QR code to marcteo.com/work-with-us

Open a new tab right now. Three minutes to lock a slot.

Speaker Notes
Say the URL twice, slowly, and drop the link in chat too. Encourage the room to open a new tab immediately instead of waiting until after the call, momentum fades fast once people close out. Only say what's actually true about your calendar, never claim limited spots that aren't real.

You just got a real look at what's possible for your business.

marcteo.com/work-with-us, if you're ready to map the rest.

You got this.

Marc Teo, warm and direct to camera
Speaker Notes
Deliver this slowly, one breath before the URL, one pause before the final line. Don't soften the close and don't add anything after "You got this," let that be the last thing the room hears from you.
